How to cook Wonton Noodles

1. Prepare the Wonton Filling:

  • In a bowl, mix ground pork or shrimp with minced garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, pepper, and any optional ingredients.
  • Place a teaspoon of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Fold the wrapper over the filling to form a triangle or your preferred shape. Press edges to seal.
  • Bring a pot of water to a boil. Drop in wontons and cook until they float to the surface and the filling is cooked through (about 3-5 minutes). Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside.

2. Prepare the Soup:

  • Cook fresh egg noodles in boiling water until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop cooking. If using dried noodles, cook according to package instructions.
  • In a separate pot, heat chicken or pork broth until simmering. Add bok choy or greens and simmer until tender-crisp.

3. Serve the Wonton Noodles

  • Serve hot with soy sauce, chili oil, or other condiments on the side.
  • Divide cooked noodles among serving bowls. Ladle hot broth and greens over the noodles.
  • Add a few wontons to each bowl.
  • Optional: Top with sliced pork, egg quails, green onions,…

🍲With the hustle and bustle of daily life, nothing quite nourishes like a meal of Wonton Noodles.🍲 Come to Gạo Vietnamese Kitchen to savor the rich, comforting flavors of home-cooked food, made with love.

Lemon Tea: Lemon tea is a refreshing beverage that combines the zesty flavor of lemon with the comforting warmth of tea. Lemon tea is known for its invigorating citrus taste and potential health benefits due to its high vitamin C content.

Kumquat Tea: Kumquat tea originates from Asian cultures and features the small, tangy citrus fruit known as kumquat. The fruit is thinly sliced and steeped in hot water, often with honey or sugar added to balance the tartness. Kumquat tea is cherished for its unique citrus flavor and is believed to have medicinal properties, including aiding digestion and boosting the immune system.

Mango Mule: The Mango Mule is a modern twist on the classic Moscow Mule cocktail, substituting the traditional lime with mango puree or mango-flavored syrup. It typically includes ginger beer, and mango elements, resulting in a fruity. The Mango Mule is celebrated for its tropical flair and refreshing qualities, making it a popular choice for cocktail enthusiasts.

Sugarcane Juice: Sugarcane juice is a natural and refreshing beverage extracted from pressed sugarcane.
