Long ago, there was a beautiful and skillful woman named Bun, adept at the art of making rice vermicelli. In the village of Van Cu, Bun ingeniously created a new dish: using beef to generate broth for the rice vermicelli. From that moment, the 𝗛𝘂𝗲 𝗕𝗲𝗲𝗳 𝗡𝗼𝗼𝗱𝗹𝗲 was born, preserved, and developed through many generations.

🍜The authentic Hue-style beef vermicelli, beef, pork trotters, crab sausage, and broth. The beef is carefully selected from the front leg, brisket, or flank, exhibiting a vibrant red color. With its captivating orange color, the eye-catching crab sausage is made from ground crab meat mixed with a rich and naturally fatty flavor.

🌬️The “soul” of the Hue-style beef vermicelli dish from Hue lies in its broth. The broth is simmered from beef marrow bones, resulting in a rich and sweet flavor. Additionally, a touch of shrimp paste and lemongrass is added to the broth to create a pungent and enticing aroma.
